1. CRTC Registration

Haleji operates as a registered telecommunications service provider in Canada, compliant with the regulations set forth by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). We adhere to all mandatory codes of conduct and service standards.

2. Emergency Services (911)

We provide VoIP 911 services in compliance with CRTC Decision 2005-21 and subsequent rulings. Customers are required to keep their registered physical location up to date to ensure emergency responders are dispatched to the correct address.

3. Privacy & Data Sovereignty (PIPEDA)

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

4. Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Haleji strictly enforces Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Our Acceptable Use Policy prohibits the use of our services for unsolicited commercial electronic messages (spam). We provide mechanisms for handling abuse complaints.

5. Number Portability

In accordance with CRTC regulations for Local Number Portability (LNP), Haleji allows customers to keep their existing phone numbers when switching to our service, and to take their numbers with them if they leave, subject to technical availability.

6. Accessibility

We are committed to the Accessible Canada Act (ACA). Our platform is designed to be accessible, including support for TTY/RTT relay services where applicable and compatibility with screen readers.

7. Lawful Access

Haleji complies with lawful access requirements, cooperating with law enforcement agencies when presented with valid legal warrants or court orders, while strictly maintaining user privacy against unauthorized requests.
